ASDAN has launched its new website as we take another step forward in realising our five year digital strategy.
Consolidating our previous websites, including our Orb resources hub and International website, all into one place, the new website has been developed with our customers’ needs at the forefront, and will enhance the experience for ASDAN’s existing and prospective members.
The new website has been developed in alignment to the principles established within the digital strategy for ASDAN to be:
- Informative – providing the right information to research and deliver courses
- Innovative – enabling creative developments to improve ways of working
- Connected – designing integrated systems
- Efficient – facilitating increased automation, enhanced customer service and user confidence
- Responsive – being accessible on mobile and other devices
- Iterative – aiding agility and continuous improvement
What’s new?
The new look and feel showcases our mission to engage, elevate and empower young people in greatest need. The website has been designed to be accessible for partners, parents and other key stakeholders to understand what ASDAN stands for and the difference we make to learners, in partnership with our members.
We have also replaced the members’ area with a new dashboard from which you can start and manage courses, add and edit learners, book moderation and view events you and colleagues are booked on, such as training. The dashboard also features a Help centre with information to help you navigate the new site.
Realising strategic ambitions
ASDAN’s Chief Executive, Jenny Williams, says, "The launch of our new website puts the needs of our members centre stage in our mission to engage, elevate and empower young people in greatest need.
The last 18 months have highlighted the vital importance of simple-to-use digital platforms and I am enormously proud of the entire ASDAN team for delivering this transformational project during lockdown. I am also very grateful for the invaluable feedback we have had from education professionals throughout.
We look forward to developing further our courses and services with our members in response to young peoples’ needs arising from the global pandemic, enabled by this exciting new digital infrastructure."
