FoodWise Short Course student book

This student book contains the curriculum for the FoodWise Short Course. Each learner will need their own copy of the student book.

The Short Course contains seven modules:

  • Healthy eating
  • Basic food safety
  • Food preparation and presentation
  • Cooking on a budget
  • Entertaining
  • The food industry
  • Practical cooking skills

Please note: You should only use the shop to purchase student books for staff reference or training purposes. Books for learners should be selected as part of the learner registration process. To obtain books for your students, you should create a cohort and register your learners.
